影響激光切割機的潛在因素是什么？

　　1、過燒區(qū)：當(dāng)激光功率過大，造成熱輸入過大，使得工件的熔化范圍大于高壓氣流所能驅(qū)除的范圍，熔融金屬未能被氣流吹除而產(chǎn)生過燒。
　　2、無缺陷區(qū)：即激光功率處于合適的范圍，這個時候的切割效果好，稱之為無缺陷區(qū)。
　　3、掛渣區(qū)：當(dāng)激光功率過小，熱量不足，越靠近下邊緣熔融產(chǎn)物的溫度越低，而粘度越大，因而未能被高壓氣流吹除而滯留在切割面的下緣產(chǎn)生掛渣。嚴(yán)重時不能切割形成切口。
　　切割厚度在2mm以上板材的激光切割，切割面粗糙度的分布是不均勻的，沿厚度方向差別很大，其變化狀況有兩個的特點：
　　1、 切割面的形貌分為截然不同的兩部分。上部分表面平整光滑，切割條紋整齊、細密，粗糙度值??；下部切割條紋紊亂，表面不平整，粗糙度值大。上部具有激光束直接作用的特點，下部則有熔化金屬沖刷的特征。
　　無論是連續(xù)激光切割，還是脈沖激光切割，切割面都顯示有上、下兩部分，所不同的是脈沖激光切割而上部的切割條紋與脈沖頻率有對應(yīng)關(guān)系：頻率越高，條紋越細密，表面粗糙度越值小。
　　2、 切割面上部區(qū)域內(nèi)的表面粗糙度大體上是均勻的，不隨高度而變化；而下部區(qū)域的表面粗糙度則隨高度而變化，越靠近下緣，表面粗糙度值勤越大。
